I am seeking an experienced business coach who is looking to work flexible hours for great rewards within a proven business system. As a Business Coach you will work closely with business owners to develop strategies set goals and drive business growth.

What you will do

• Promote leadership and personal development courses within defined markets.
• Provide coaching and mentorship on business development and growth strategies.
• Set monitor and update goals for personal and business success.
• Offer guidance on personal development including leadership skills decisionmaking and selfconfidence.
• Help to identify and overcome businessrelated challenges or obstacles.
• Conduct regular reviews and make necessary adjustments to coaching plans.
• Provide resources and tools to aid in business improvement and personal development.

What you will not do

• Cold calling prospects
• Spamming anyone
• Pressure selling

What we ask for

• 15 hours / week
• Understanding of business operations and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically.
