Job Description
Role: Process Executive / Senior Process Executive
Experience: Process Executive Fresher / Senior Process Executive 2 years in any insurance (international)
Location: Noida and Chennai
Job Type: Fulltime
Qualification: Any Graduate
Good Domain Knowledge Property and Causalty Insurance Specially in Personal line property Homes Auto valuables
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
Operational Responsibility:
Underwriting Assistance: Provide expert support to underwriters in assessing risks and making informed decisions related to personal insurance applications
Policy Processing: Process insurance applications endorsements and renewals accurately and efficiently ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain detailed records of underwriting decisions policy changes and correspondence with agents and policyholders. Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards
Work closely with underwriters agents claims departments and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient policy servicing
Assist in evaluating and managing risks associated with personal insurance policies including monitoring loss ratios and recommending risk mitigation strategies
Policy Administration: Manage the lifecycle of insurance policies from issuance to renewal ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and timely
Data Analysis: Analyze policy data and trends to identify opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness

- Must be able to join within 30th Sep
- Must be able to walkin for an F2F interview or appear virtual interview in Chennai and Noida as and when required.
