Job Description
I m partnering with a leading law firm in Houston to find an experienced Defense Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team!
What You ll Do:
Manage case files from inception through trial across Texas state and federal courts.
Draft and file key documents including pleadings motions discovery responses and appellate briefs.
Coordinate discovery prepare trial materials and assist attorneys in court.
Requirements
What They re Looking For:
3 years of experience in personal injury defense.
Strong knowledge of Texas state courts (District and County Courts) and federal courts (Southern Northern Eastern and Western Districts of Texas).
Familiarity with key filings such as motions to dismiss summary judgment motions discovery requests/responses and appellate briefs.
Proficiency in legal research case management software and efiling systems.
