Marketing Admin for Recruiting CRM (Go High Level)
  • FullTime 40 hours per week 8 hours per day and 5 days per week.
  • Offer is Negotiable
  • NightShift Working hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Time Monday to Friday

The Marketing Admin for Recruiting CRM (Go High Level) plays a key role in driving recruitment efforts through strategic marketing initiatives and comprehensive data management. This position will collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing and Branding and the Creative Director to develop and execute content strategies that align with the clients recruiting goals. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in content creation graphic design and video editing with proficiency in CapCut Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva. Additionally this role requires exceptional organizational skills experience with Asana and a strong focus on optimizing event attendance.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Data Hygiene:
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the recruiting candidate database with all active prospects properly assigned regionally and complete with uptodate contact information (phone personal email social media URLs personal funding data).
  • Regularly audit and clean the database to uphold data integrity and facilitate efficient recruitment processes.
  • Marketing Automation Performance Tracking and Optimization:
  • Track report and optimize the performance metrics of our marketing automation system demonstrating its impact on converting prospects to new hires and tracking their performance posthire.
  • Lead projects to update and enhance marketing creative including content design and video ensuring continuous improvement in recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Coordinating Personalized Social Posts for Hiring Managers:
  • Develop and manage personalized social media strategies for hiring managers tailoring content to match their individual styles and personalities.
  • Collaborate on content creation including writing graphic design and video editing using tools like CapCut Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
  • Manage and trigger social media posts on behalf of hiring managers ensuring consistency with the client s brand while optimizing engagement.
  • Collaboration and Strategy Development:
  • Work closely with the VP of Marketing and Branding and the Creative Director to develop strategic content plans that support recruitment goals.
  • Take ownership of content creation graphic design and video editing tasks ensuring that all materials are highquality onbrand and strategically aligned.
  • Event Coordination and Accountability:
  • Take full responsibility for driving attendance at live and online recruitment events including the "Lead Lift" series and biyearly retreats.
  • Develop and execute digital ads emails SMS campaigns and video content to promote events with a focus on meeting or exceeding attendance goals.
  • Create personalized Zoom links for online webinars tailored to the hiring managers branding and audience.
  • Reporting:
  • Provide detailed and actionable reports on recruitment funnel metrics tracking prospects from awareness to new hire and evaluating the effectiveness of recruitment activities.
  • Run accountability reports for hiring managers ensuring they are meeting their recruitmentrelated tasks such as calls and interviews and provide insights to improve performance.
  • SMS and Engagement Management:
  • Send SMS messages on behalf of hiring managers to engage prospects and facilitate warm transfers ensuring seamless communication and timely followup.
  • Act as a liaison between prospects and hiring managers ensuring effective engagement and conversion.
  • Organization and Project Management:
  • Maintain impeccable organization of all tasks and projects using Asana ensuring that all activities are tracked deadlines are met and results are communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts are wellcoordinated and that progress is regularly updated within Asana for team visibility and accountability.

Goals and KPIs:

  • First 6 Months:
  • Event Attendance: Achieve or exceed attendance goals for all recruitment events with targets including 300 attendees for the "Lead Lift" series and 50 guests for biyearly inperson retreats.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain 100% accuracy in the recruiting database ensuring all data is current and correctly assigned regionally.
  • Marketing Automation Impact: Demonstrate a clear correlation between marketing automation efforts and an increase in the conversion rate of prospects to new hires.
  • Ongoing:
  • Social Media Success: Achieve a 90% satisfaction rate among hiring managers for personalized social media strategies with measurable increases in engagement and reach.
  • Recruitment Funnel Optimization: Consistently meet or exceed targets for moving prospects through the recruitment funnel with specific goals for each stage from awareness to new hire.
  • Event Success: Continue to meet or exceed attendance goals for recruitment events with ongoing optimization of promotional strategies to drive participation.
  • Organizational Excellence: Maintain high levels of organization and efficiency using Asana to track all projects and ensure that all marketing and recruitment activities are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • Skills and Experience:
  • Content Creation: Strong skills in content creation including writing graphic design and video editing.
  • Graphic Design: Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
  • Video Editing: Experience with video editing software particularly CapCut.
  • Data Management: Experience in maintaining and managing databases with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Marketing Automation: Ability to track report and optimize performance metrics related to marketing automation systems.
  • Social Media Management: Experience in developing and managing personalized social media strategies including content creation and scheduling.
  • Event Coordination: Experience in coordinating and promoting events with a focus on achieving attendance goals.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and experience using project management tools like Asana to manage tasks deadlines and team communication.
  • Collaboration:
  • Ability to work closely with senior marketing leaders including the VP of Marketing and Branding and the Creative Director to develop and execute content strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with hiring managers and team members.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Experience in generating detailed and actionable reports on recruitment funnel metrics marketing performance and hiring manager accountability.
  • SMS and Engagement Management:
  • Ability to manage SMS communication on behalf of hiring managers ensuring timely and effective engagement with prospects.
  • Organizational Excellence:
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of organization and efficiency ensuring that all marketing and recruitment activities are tracked and completed on time.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficiency in using Go High Level CRM or similar recruiting CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with tools for email marketing digital ads and SMS campaigns.
  • Time Management:
  • Ability to work effectively during the specified working hours
  • Flexibility and Adaptability:
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fastpaced recruitment environment.
  • Educational Background:
  • A degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience in a similar role will also be considered.
