Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination:
- Lead and coordinate multiple projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project timelines deliverables and resources efficiently.
- Oversee all project phases from initiation to closure.
- Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients.
- Facilitate effective communication and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Communication and Documentation:
- Draft format and modify legal documents with precision.
- Prepare and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Financial Management:
- Understand and manage the financial aspects of projects.
- Ensure project budgets are adhered to and financial objectives are met.
- Analyze financial data to inform project decisions.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency:
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and PowerPoint to manage project tasks.
- Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and facilitate project meetings with internal teams and external clients.
- Ensure all meetings are productive with clear agendas and actionable outcomes.
- Follow up on meeting decisions and action items.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success.
- Foster a collaborative and highperforming team environment.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
Requirements:
Education:
MBA in Finance and Marketing.
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of experience in project management with a strong understanding of financials and marketing. Proven experience in managing international clients and coordinating complex projects Understanding of Financial parameters Business Jargons and Feasibility study.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to draft format and modify legal documents accurately.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- High level of integrity and effectiveness in managing project finances.
