Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven MidLevel Technical Sales Professional with over five years of experience in the chemical industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background excellent sales skills and a deep understanding of chemical products and their applications. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients providing technical support and driving sales growth.

Minimum Qualification: Degree
Experience Level: Midlevel
Experience Length: 5 years




Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the chemical industry.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Technical Expertise:

  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients.

  • Understand clients needs and recommend appropriate chemical solutions.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.

  • Provide feedback on market conditions and product performance.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problemsolving.

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and market analysis.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related field.

  • Over five years of sales experience in the chemical industry.

  • Strong technical knowledge of chemical products and applications.

  • Proven trackrecord of achieving sales targets and business development.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to travel as required.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships.

  • Problemsolving and analytical skills.

  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
