Job Description

Position Title: Business and Lead Development Associate

Location: San Diego CA (Office)

Employment Type: FullTime EntryLevel

Reports To: Sales and Marketing Manager

Position Summary

As a Business and Lead Development Associate you will be an essential part of our sales team focused on identifying new business opportunities generating leads and building relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels including online research networking and cold calling.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and introduce them to our IT solutions.

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities in the IT services industry.

  • Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customerfacing role such as retail or customer service is advantageous but not required.
  • Selfmotivated eager to learn and adaptable in a fastpaced environment.
