Job Description

Position Overview:

As a German Speaking Customer Advisor you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our Germanspeaking clients. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries resolving issues and offering support related to our financial products and services. This position is onsite in our Madrid office where you will work alongside a dynamic team to deliver outstanding customer support and contribute to our continued success in the finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Engage with Germanspeaking clients through various channels such as phone email and chat providing prompt and professional assistance to address their inquiries and concerns.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve client issues effectively ensuring that all concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our financial products and services to offer accurate information and support to clients.
  • Professional Communication: Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all client interactions fostering positive relationships and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Accurate Documentation: Record all client interactions feedback and resolutions accurately in our customer management system to ensure proper followup and tracking.
  • Feedback Contribution: Provide valuable feedback to management regarding common client issues trends and areas for improvement to enhance our service offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience and to share best practices and insights.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures including maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required along with proficiency in English for internal communications.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and empathetic manner.
  • ProblemSolving Abilities: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to resolve client issues effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and various software applications; experience with customer management systems is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
