Enforcement Manager

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in London to assist with the appointment of a Enforcement Manager on a 3month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: 424.69 575.00 per Day

Responsibilities:

• Compliance Oversight: Manage the implementation of compliance and stop notices for Building Control applications.
  Dangerous Structures Management: Lead the response to dangerous structures reports manage related contracts and oversee the 24/7 team dedicated to this area.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of BC specialists ensuring high standards and effective service delivery.
  Legal Enforcement: Ensure all actions comply with legal requirements particularly in the enforcement of Building Regulations and the London Building Act.

Qualifications:

• Indepth Knowledge: Strong understanding of Building Regulations and the London Building Acts.
• Licensing: Licensed to Class 3 with the Building Safety Regulator.
• Team Management: Proven experience in managing a team of professionals within a building control environment.
• Legal Expertise: Familiarity with legal processes related to Building Control and enforcement.
• Crisis Management: Experience in managing dangerous structures and leading emergency responses.
