    The role I would like to assign to you is for a 3D Designer.

    You will primarily be responsible for creating 3D assets for game development and operations across various platforms including smartphones consumer consoles and PCs.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Creating 3D models
    • Designing 3D motion and animations
    • Developing 3D effects
    • Negotiating and coordinating with external parties or other sections
    • Other related tasks

    • 6 months of practical experience on a single game project
    • 24 months of experience in character (people monsters etc.) or background modeling for games
    • 24 months of experience with either smartphone consumer arcade or PC platforms
    • 24 months of experience with Maya
    • Ability to submit a portfolio demonstrating your achievements

    For foreign nationals

    • 12 months or more of practical experience with a Japanese company
    • Businesslevel proficiency in Japanese
    • Businesslevel reading and writing skills in Japanese

Conditions / Benefits

Employment system: Contract

  • Depending on your performance you can be considered for a permanent position. About 80% of our employees become fulltime employees in one year.

Location : Nagoya Office Nagoya City Aichi Japan

Annual Salary:JPY

The amount will be determined upon consultation taking experience and other factors into consideration.

  • Salary evaluation: once a year (June)
  • Bonus: 2 times a year in principle (July December) *Permanent Contract only

Hours: For Extreme Headquarters: 9:3018:30 (break time 12:3013:30 actual working hours 8h) May vary depending on the project to which you are assigned (e.g. 10:0019:00 1hour break etc.)

  • Remote Work: Depends on the assignment location. If unable to work onsite application is not possible. However 80% of positions offer remote work at least once a week.
  • Average overtime hours: Depends on the situation but the entire department works about 10.9 hours per month. When responding to releases there may be irregular work hours such as at night.
