In this role you will beresponsible for building configuring and automating technology solutions that drive business value ($$ or timeimprovement) for 300 CRM users (and growing rapidly) across Marketing Sales Customer Success and Support. We are therefore looking for a real problem solver with exceptional project management skills that knows how Marketing Sales Customer Success and Support works!
As aSalesforce Administrator / Business Analyst at Teamtailor you will be responsible for:
Platform Management: Making sure that Salesforce always runs with the latest releases and manage all daytoday functionalities such as (but not limited to):
Basically almost everything that happens in Salesforce Setup
Improving Commercial processes:Use Tech to improve real business challenges
Improve the efficiency of business operations by proactively undertaking regular process analysis and documentation.
Solve business problems using the Salesforce Platform.
Create humancentred user experiences in Salesforce.
Manage changes to business processes technology and people within Salesforce.
Create maintain and enhance automated business processes.
Data Management: Make sure that data enters/leaves the platform deduplicated accurately and actionable.
Create processes to ensure data in Salesforce is managed correctly.
Manage the information architecture and ensure that information flows accurately between internal objects and external systems.
Project Management: Plan and oversee Salesforce projects to ensure theyre completed on time and within budget.
Data Steward: Proactively set up processes to manage and protect customer and business data and be the point of contact for the DPO.
Additionally we are looking for someone who has:
At least 3 years of experience Salesforce Administration
Thorough understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits
Good understanding of Salesforce integration possibilities
Understands Commercial GTM strategies. You understand how Marketing attracts prospective customers how sales closes deals how CSM teams prevent churn and how Support delivers exceptional service (we prefer a person who has a bit of trouble configuring a http callout in a flow but knows exactly how Sales work rather than someone who knows exactly how to configure a http callout in a flow but doesnt know how sales sells).
Experience managing projects from inception to completion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Salesforce Administrator certification
