Position Overview:
As a Senior Business Analyst you will play a critical role in driving datainformed decisionmaking across the organisation. Youll work closely with business leaders to uncover insights streamline processes and develop impactful data solutions that propel our strategy forward. If youre passionate about turning data into actionable insights and influencing business outcomes this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Work with business stakeholders to understand their roadmaps and priorities including data and reporting needs and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyse data to uncover trends patterns and insights that can inform business decisions.
Identify and troubleshoot issues within business processes or systems.
Identify opportunities to improve data collection management and reporting processes.
Document data and reporting requirements and optimal solution designs.
Develop conceptual data models including transactional and dimensional data models.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders translating business requirements into understandable and relevant solutions.
Create and maintain reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Implement automation solutions to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort.
Develop dashboards and visualisations to present data in a clear intuitive and actionable manner following proven scientific methods and best practices.
Promote best practices in data visualisation and reporting within the organisation.
Educate and support stakeholders in understanding and utilising the reports and BI tools effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Finance Computer Science Data Science Economics Statistics).
5 years of experience in business or data analysis with strong knowledge of the iGaming industry.
Expertise in aligning data initiatives with business objectives providing strategic insights.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Tableau Power BI QlikView) with a focus on Tableau.
Experience with SQL data warehousing concepts and dimensional data modeling (Kimball methodology).
Strong analytical skills to interpret data identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
Proven ability to diagnose issues and deliver datadriven solutions.
Basic understanding of statistical concepts.
Experience in documenting business processes (BPMN) and process optimization.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and present findings persuasively.
Strong teamwork problemsolving and adaptability in agile (SCRUM) environments.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with attention to accuracy.
Critical thinking with a focus on data implications.
Knowledge of Hichert IBCS and relevant certifications are a plus.
