are you passionate about the energy transition and naturally curious about power markets We are seeking a collaborative IT client manager expert (f/m/x) with a particular focus on the provision of internal client services.
redefine automation in energy trading
as part of our handpicked team of experts you will
- provision and manage mobile devices (Windows Linux Android iOS)
- be responsible for the user management in Microsoft Entra ID
- keep the asset management data up to date
- provide support to colleagues as daily business
- improve process documentation and user knowledge base
Requirements
how you fit into the team
you want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively and you
- have completed education with a focus on IT
- have a good knowledge of the client operating systems Windows/LINUX/ MacOS
- have a good knowledge about Microsoft 365 (Azure and Exchange for example)
- are familiar with ticketing systems
- have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure and services
- have a high willingness to learn analytical thinking quick comprehension are structured
- have a detailoriented and structured way of working coupled with a handson mentality
- value excellent team spirit and startup culture
- are fluent in English (German is a plus) and
- you are a curious person with a good sense of humour.
