• provision and manage mobile devices (Windows Linux Android iOS)
• be responsible for the user management in Microsoft Entra ID
• keep the asset management data up to date
• provide support to colleagues as daily business
• improve process documentation and user knowledge base

Requirements

you want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively and you

• have completed education with a focus on IT
• have a good knowledge of the client operating systems Windows/LINUX/ MacOS
• have a good knowledge about Microsoft 365 (Azure and Exchange for example)
• are familiar with ticketing systems
• have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure and services
• have a high willingness to learn analytical thinking quick comprehension are structured
• have a detailoriented and structured way of working coupled with a handson mentality
• value excellent team spirit and startup culture
• are fluent in English (German is a plus) and
• you are a curious person with a good sense of humour.
