Job Description
● Develop the workforce and recruitment and talent development plans (i.e. training and development, career management, and succession planning), ensure their alignment with each other and with the directorate’s strategy and the overall JCSA’s strategy, and manage their implementation.
● Supervise the team throughout the day-to-day recruitment and selection operations including but not limited to: job advertising, interview scheduling, screening and interviewing, coordinating with the various functions to conduct technical interviews, selection and hiring, and onboarding, and ensure its completion in an effective and efficient manner.
● Conduct interviews with prospective candidates and provide recommendations on their suitability and fitment.
