We are seeking a motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our smallscale manufacturing team in Pune Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engineering and a strong desire to contribute to the development of innovative manufacturing solutions. As a Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for designing testing and improving mechanical systems and components to meet our production needs. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure that our products are manufactured efficiently and meet quality standards. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the manufacturing sector while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for manufacturing projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and testing of prototypes to evaluate design performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure that designs are practical and costeffective.
- Analyze engineering problems and propose innovative solutions to optimize processes.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports related to designs and project progress.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical failures and issues during production.
- Stay updated on industry trends materials and technologies to inform design decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred (not mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks) is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- A keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or engineering roles is a plus but not required.
