Job Description

Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Type: Fulltime

Salary Range: 3.5L 6.5L per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding & Integration: Lead the onboarding process for closed leads ensuring smooth integration with Zithara.AIs platform and services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts taking ownership of the relationship and fostering strong client connections to drive growth.
  • Platform Advisory: Actively consult with clients on the most effective ways to leverage the Zithara.AI platform for their business goals maximizing their return on investment.
  • Product Evangelism: Advocate for the Zithara.AI platform by educating top internet companies on best practices for growth and marketing strategies.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive toptier support and alignment with their business needs.

Skills & Experience:

Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in client management or account management ideally in technical presales or technical account management roles.
  • Experience working in SaaS and B2B environments with a particular emphasis on app marketing and the mobile ecosystem.
  • Previous experience in a Success or Support Engineer role for a SaaS company is a strong plus.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of the mobile ecosystem and app marketing strategies.
  • Ability to quickly grasp customer requirements and articulate how Zithara.AI can add significant value.

ClientCentric Skills:

  • Proven ability to take ownership of customer relationships postsales and drive meaningful growth.
  • Strong product advocacy skills and the ability to champion Zithara.AI with passion and clarity.
  • High empathy essential for building client trust and effectively collaborating with internal teams.

Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clientfriendly language.
