Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh at Recode World. The perfect candidate will have a deep understanding of the event industry and bring a proven track record in sales client relationship management and strategic negotiation. This role calls for a quick thinker who can navigate fastpaced sales operations while delivering exceptional service and driving revenue. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations
Manage individual sales activities including prospecting pitching and closing deals
Handle daytoday sales tasks such as followups client meetings and maintaining sales records in Zoho CRM
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain direct relationships with clients ensuring they receive prompt and attentive service
Address client inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
Event Industry Sales
Utilize your knowledge of the event industry to identify and secure new clients for specific event spaces or services
Collaborate with marketing on specific campaigns to drive client engagement and lead generation
Market Research
Stay informed about market trends that impact sales and client preferences
Share relevant market insights with the team to support overall sales strategies
Negotiation and Deal Closing
Negotiate sales terms within predefined guidelines ensuring client satisfaction while meeting company objectives
Close deals efficiently focusing on volume and meeting individual sales targets
Product and Service Knowledge
Maintain a working knowledge of Recode World s event offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to clients
Provide clients with information about available event spaces services and promotions
Sales Reporting
Regularly update sales progress and client interactions in Zoho CRM
Prepare basic reports on individual sales performance and share them with the sales manager
Team Collaboration
Work closely with other sales team members to share leads and collaborate on larger sales opportunities
Assist in team meetings by contributing individual insights and supporting collective goals
Requirements
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role preferably within the event industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Education
A diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
Technical Skills
Proficiency in using CRM systems especially Zoho CRM
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and sales software
Communication Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively present sales pitches
Event Industry Knowledge
General understanding of the event industry including client needs and market trends
Ability to identify potential sales opportunities within the event sector
