Key Responsibilities:

• Appliance Repair: Diagnose and repair issues with icemakers, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, and other household appliances.
• Board Repair: Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on PCB (Printed Circuit Board) boards for various electronic devices.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical knowledge to ensure all repairs are conducted efficiently and effectively, adhering to high-quality standards.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers to provide accurate diagnoses and professional repair services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of repairs and replacements, and report any additional issues to the management.
