The role of a Workplace Coordinator is dedicated to cultivating an exceptional working environment for all members of the organization. This is an onsite opportunity which requires offers a 40hour week with flexibility in scheduling. There may be occasional evening or weekend requirements depending on the needs of the job.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the workplace is clean organized and ready for use. Regularly check and maintain the spaces to keep them in top condition.
- Handle and resolve officerelated questions and problems efficiently.
- Create a great experience for everyone including employees new hires visitors and guests.
- Order and restock food snacks and office supplies as needed.
- Work closely with teams like AV/IT Security and property management to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay connected to the business to understand how providing a great workplace impacts the team.
- Track and manage reports metrics and documentation on SharePoint.
- Support the team by documenting processes suggesting improvements and identifying workflow issues.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure good service and maintain strong relationships.
- Use the workplace ticketing system to handle service requests repairs and maintenance needs efficiently. Close tickets promptly after completing the work.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues coordinating with outside vendors when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in workplace management facilities or hospitality.
- Knowledge of building control systems environmental systems workplace technology and audio/visual is a plus.
- Experience managing vendors and implementing corporate safety programs.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Friendly energetic and professional customer service attitude.
- Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Organized able to prioritize tasks and detailoriented.
- Selfmotivated eager to learn and able to manage workload independently.
- Able to collaborate with other departments in the company.
