About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Audit Partner specializing in Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll lead and manage audit engagements for clients within the AEC group ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations. Youll also play a key role in cultivating strong client relationships providing mentorship to audit teams and staying updated on industry trends and regulations. Your Mission:

• Lead and manage audit engagements for AEC clients ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations.
• Oversee and review audit work papers financial statements and related reports.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisor in financial matters.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to audit teams ensuring the delivery of highquality services.
• Collaborate with other partners and managers to foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Identify and assess risks associated with AEC engagements developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Actively participate in business development activities including client acquisition and relationship building.
• Identify opportunities for expanding services to existing clients and pursuing new business opportunities within the AEC group.

What You Bring:

• 12 years of extensive experience in auditing with a focus on AEC clients.
• Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical problemsolving leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines simultaneously.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willing to work Hybrid

• Big 4 experience preferred
• Strong client relationship management skills.
