**Job Title:** B2B Appointment Setter

**Location:** Remote US

**Employment Type:** FullTime

**Salary:** ETB 57694/mo. UNCAPPED COMMISSION MONTHLY SALARY RAISES

**Job Description:**

As a B2B Appointment Setter you will play a crucial role in our sales efforts. You will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential business clients introducing them to our merchant services and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills persistence and a strong desire to succeed in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients to introduce our merchant services.

Qualify leads by understanding the needs of potential clients and matching them with our solutions.

Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and detailed information about leads and appointments.

Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate from prospect to appointment.

Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and appointmentsetting processes.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made appointments set and leads qualified.

**Qualifications:**

Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing or a related field is required.

Proven experience in a B2B appointmentsetting or telemarketing role preferably in the merchant services or financial services industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.

High level of motivation and a resultsoriented mindset.

Basic understanding of merchant services and payment processing is a plus.
