Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Investment Advisor to join our team at SINCLUS. As a Finance Investment Advisor you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice and guidance to our clients. The role is based in Manama Capital Bahrain and is a fulltime position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelors degree in finance economics or related field. Masters degree in finance or a relevant certification (e.g. CFA CFP) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial advisory or investment management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products financial markets and portfolio management strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proven track record of achieving investment goals and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools for analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct in dealing with confidential client information.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide comprehensive financial advice to clients on investment strategies portfolio management risk tolerance and financial planning.
  • Conduct indepth financial analysis and research to identify investment opportunities and trends.
  • Develop personalized investment plans and recommend suitable investment products and services based on client objectives and risk appetite.
  • Monitor and manage client portfolios making adjustments and recommendations as necessary.
  • Stay updated on market trends economic developments and regulatory changes that may impact investment strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other financial professionals such as tax advisors and estate planners to provide holistic financial solutions.
  • Educate clients on various investment options and help them understand the potential risks and returns.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the client base.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and maintain a strong knowledge of financial markets and products.
