Job Description:
- Around 2 years of progressively experience in technology design development and delivery.
- Design and develop quality solutions consistent with project objectives.
- Architect and design complex system ensuring scalability security and maintainability.
- Guide the team in the design and implementation of robust and scalable APIs.
- Oversee the daytoday activities of the API development team.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and practices to improve development efficiency and product quality.
- Develop implement and maintain secure solutions that maximise system availability keeping scalability throughout and fault tolerance in mind.
- Experience developing web applications database driven applications and distributed systems.
- Sense of urgency and ability to apply analytical skills to resolve problems and deliver solutions on the fly.
- Understanding and application of technology trends.
- Strong relationship building influence skills and ability to productively interact with all levels of leadership
- Ability to create/modify/communicate tech roadmap and design/advocate for solutions that align to existing roadmaps.
- Strong collaboration skills working with other work streams or project teams.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in some programming language
- Previous project experience in Agile / Scrum / Kanban environments experience with SAFe preferred.
- Resource and project management experience highly preferred.
- Graduate Degree preferred.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
