Your Role
Univacity is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our innovative education technology platform. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns identify and engage prospective clients and nurture existing client relationships. Additionally you will analyze market trends conduct competitor research and provide valuable insights to optimize our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both sales and marketing exceptional communication and negotiation skills and a passion for driving educational solutions in the digital space.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles preferably in the technology or education sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers

- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.

More than 3 years of experience in international student recruitment and an understanding of the challenges within this industry Prior experience of minimum of 4 years in the end-to-end admissions process for various universities in international student recruitment/higher education. In-depth knowledge & understanding of universities entry requirements including visa & financial documentation process for various universities Prior experience of working in a target driven environment with a proven record of successfully meeting/exceeding annual targets Ability to work productively within a team environment as well as independently Conscientious with a strong desire to see things through to completion Strong desire for continuous personal development Good quality senior and long-standing industry relationships Strong communication and interpersonal skills written and verbal
