Quality urance Specialist Accreditation 6 months

• Manage and oversee the accreditation process to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Work to achieve and maintain accreditation status.
  
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to accreditation requirements and industry best practices.
  
• Develop review and maintain documentation related to accreditation including policies procedures and evidence of compliance.
  
• Prepare for and facilitate internal and external audits. Address and resolve any findings or recommendations resulting from audits.
  
• Identify areas for improvement in the accreditation process and recommend enhancements to achieve and maintain high standards.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and external accrediting bodies to ensure smooth and effective accreditation processes. Prepare and present reports on accreditation status compliance issues and quality assurance activities to stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
  
• Qualification/Certification in line with quality assurance.
  
• At least 3 years experience in quality assurance and accreditation processes.
  
• Experience with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Indepth understanding of accreditation standards quality assurance methodologies and compliance requirements.
  
• Highly organised proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes and deadlines
