Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavior intervention services to students
• Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect data and track progress for individual students
• Assist in developing skills that enhance students independence
• Collaborate with teachers staff and parents to support student needs

Qualifications:

• RBT Certification
• Experience working with children in an educational or therapeutic setting
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
