Security Community Intern

This is a remote position.

• Help with security community management activities
  
• Perform security research projects as directed and prepare security relevant databases and artifacts for the use of community members.
  
• Help organize online and inperson events for the community by reaching out to speakers scheduling talks and maintaining the annual events calendar.
  
• Organize content under different community projects in the community management tool
  
• Engage with our community of users including responding to questions and feedback
  
• Assist in the development and implementation of community engagement strategies and initiatives
  

Requirements

• Cybersecurity Network Security and Information Security skills
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently and remotely
  
• Interest in cybersecurity and related fields
  
• Enrolled in or completed a degree related to cybersecurity or a similar field
