Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving the company s revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining highvalue client relationships developing strategic initiatives and ensuring the achievement of business objectives. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong background in business development exceptional communication skills and a history of exceeding targets in a competitive environment.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Identify and pursue highpotential business opportunities through indepth market analysis strategic networking and proactive prospecting.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and sustain strong longterm relationships with key clients understanding their strategic needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual success.
  • Business Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies that align with the company s growth objectives and enhance market positioning.
  • Executive Presentations: Prepare and deliver highimpact presentations and proposals to seniorlevel executives effectively communicating the company s value proposition.
  • Deal Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations and close significant business deals securing favorable terms that align with the company s strategic goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing product development and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences and successful project delivery.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide detailed reports and insights on business development activities sales pipelines and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows positioning the company as a leader in the IT sector.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Extensive experience as a Business Development Executive Sales Executive or in a similar highlevel role.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics customer behavior and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills with a focus on strategic partnerships and longterm client satisfaction.
  • Analytical and problemsolving prowess with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Independent and collaborative work style thriving in a fastpaced resultsoriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and advanced business development tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in the IT industry or with ERP systems.
  • Indepth knowledge of sales strategies marketing principles and contract negotiations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a leadership role.
