Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team focusing on providing outstanding support to both tenants and landlords. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive experience by addressing inquiries related to rent payments property management and landlord concerns.

What will you be doing
  • Tenant Assistance: Respond to tenant questions via phone email and inperson regarding lease agreements payment processes and propertyrelated inquiries.
  • Landlord Support: Assist landlords with inquiries about tenant issues payment status and property management concerns ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
  • Problem Resolution: Help tenants and landlords resolve issues related to rent payments maintenance requests and account discrepancies.
  • Information Management: Keep accurate records of tenant and landlord interactions in the CRM system for tracking and followup.
  • Payment Guidance: Educate tenants on available payment methods and provide support for any online payment systems.
  • Reminder Notifications: Send reminders for upcoming rent due dates to tenants and updates to landlords on payment statuses.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from both tenants and landlords to improve services and communicate insights to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with property management and the collections team to ensure all parties needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster positive relationships with tenants and landlords to enhance satisfaction and retention.


Requirements

Youre a perfect match if you have

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or communications preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service preferably in property management or related fields.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills proficiency in CRM software and a problemsolving mindset.
  • Customer Focus: A dedication to providing excellent service and support to both tenants and landlords.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Working Conditions:
  • Office environment with occasional onsite visits to properties.
  • Experience in startup is a plus.
  • Flexible hours may be required to accommodate tenant and landlord schedules.
