Customer Account Officer

Job Duties:

Manage key customer accounts and ensure excellent customer service.
Follow up on customer requests and meet their needs according to agreed standards.
Coordinate between internal teams and customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
Provide periodic reports on account status and performance to customers.
Develop strategies to improve customer relationships and increase customer satisfaction.
Manage customer contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
