Job Description
We are hiring Senior Research and Financial Analyst for a Real estate company based in Muscat.
Candidates must have 23 years of relevant experience in Developing Property Portfolios Using UptoDate Real Estate Data for Rental Income Property Sales Prices and Building cost.
Must have knowledge of Valuing properties using DCF Model like NPV IRRWACC.
Should have good knowledge in assessing project feasibility.
Job Types: Fulltime Permanent
Pay: RO1200.000 RO1500.000 per month
