Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Bizz Link Text team. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daytoday activities including handling communications scheduling document preparation and maintaining office systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Maintain a wellorganized office environment by managing office supplies coordinating maintenance of office equipment and ensuring a clean and professional workspace.

  • Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage schedules appointments and meetings for team members including booking meeting rooms and arranging necessary logistics.

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications including answering phone calls responding to emails and managing incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights hotels and transportation for team members.

  • Meeting Support: Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas materials and minutes; ensure followup on action items.

  • Project Assistance: Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed including research data collection and reporting.

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients visitors and team members ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer serviceoriented mindset
