As we continue to grow we are looking for a dynamic Financial Recruiter to join our team and contribute to our success.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Recruiter with deep knowledge of the financial industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial analyst roles and the unique requirements of our UK and UAEbased clients. This role will involve sourcing screening and recruiting top talent to fill financial analyst positions for our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Proactively source identify and recruit financial analysts and other financerelated roles to meet the needs of our clients in the UK and UAE.
- Closure : Selected candidate should be experience in End to End recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding of candidate.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs organizational culture and longterm goals.
- Candidate Screening: Evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural fit through detailed screening and interviews.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the financial industry to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on recruitment activities challenges and successes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting with a focus on the financial industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the financial analyst roles financial markets and industry trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate client needs and candidate qualifications effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Finance Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
