Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Type: Contract Basis
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis to support our Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation project. This role involves working closely with clients and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for requirements gathering documentation process mapping and testing ensuring that all project goals are met effectively.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis to support our Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation project. This role involves working closely with clients and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for requirements gathering documentation process mapping and testing ensuring that all project goals are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Discovery & Documentation: Engage with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements translating them into clear Stories and Epics.
- Client Interaction: Manage and conduct workshops client interviews and requirements walkthroughs with subject matter experts (SMEs) and the remote development team.
- Change Management: Capture track and manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Effort Sizing: Collaborate with the development team to assess and size efforts required for implementing solutions.
- Process Documentation: Document business processes using process diagrams and flowcharts to ensure clarity and alignment with project goals.
- Testing & Feedback: Test development features provide constructive feedback and document UAT test cases. Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Communication: Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders managing workshops and discussions with large groups effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst with at least 2 years of handson experience in Salesforce implementation projects.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Admin Certification (required)
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification (nice to have)
- Education: Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
- Project Experience: Proven experience working on largescale projects within large organizations.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for managing workshops and client interactions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to document and understand business processes and requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related functionalities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development and deployment processes.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
