Junior Procurement yst

• Assist in the daytoday sourcing and procurement activities for industrial equipment and machinery.
  
• Support supplier selection processes and contribute to price and lead time negotiations.
  
• Aid in the placement of orders management of order changes and expediting of deliveries.
  
• Help monitor supplier delivery performance and participate in resolving receiving discrepancies.
  
• Ensure the timely payment of invoices and assist in maintaining accurate procurement records.
  
• Act as a support point of contact for global manufacturers OEMs and the supplier network.
  
• Contribute to the identification and selection of highquality suppliers in line with customer demands.
  
• Participate in the development and implementation of procurement policies procedures and process improvements.
  
• Assist in measuring and tracking supplier performance holding suppliers accountable to their contractual obligations.
  
• Support daily/weekly/monthly calls with suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate order fulfillment and payment processes.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in business or finance from a reputable university; a technical background is advantageous but not required.
  
• Highly motivated selfstarter with a proactive getitdone attitude.
  
• Ability to collaborate with individuals and teams internationally.
  
• Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
  
• Strong online research skills.
