Job Description
As a Jr. QA Automation Engineer at ExpertFlow you ll primarily be working on different Expertflow products.
Responsibilities
Work intimately with Software QA Manager and QA team to achieve the Quality Objectives of his/her department
Learn and implement testing techniques
Do manual testing and execute automated test scripts when required
Learn test automation
Report bugs which are found during script creation and execution
Take full ownership of assigned QA tasks
Participate in daily SCRUM sprint planning retrospective and other scheduled meetings
Prepare and maintain testing rigs
Raise flag to the QA Team Lead/Manager in case of showstoppers in his/her activities

Formal Qualifications/Certification
4years Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar from a reputed institute.

Skills
Sound knowledge of SDLC and STLC
Synchronous and Asynchronous APIs
Sound understanding of SQL
Good collaborative problemsolving capabilities
Good written and verbal communication skills fluent in English
Programming skills for writing SQA test clients and scripts

Testing activities
Understand the product domain
Write/Execute test automation scripts to make sure it covers all the requirements.
Perform different types of testing by following different testing techniques if required

Makes use of automated test tools for issues identification
Adhere to company s software QA policies and standards
