Job Description

Job Title: Executive Manager for Academy

Location: Sector 43 Gurugram

Reports To: Chief Learning Officer

Job Type: Fulltime

Job Summary:

The Executive Manager for Academy will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the academy s operations including curriculum development faculty management and student engagement. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of educational management a passion for learning and the ability to drive the academy s vision and mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the academys strategic plan ensuring alignment with the organizations overall goals and objectives.
  • Curriculum Development: Oversee the creation evaluation and continuous improvement of educational programs ensuring they meet industry standards and the needs of students.
  • Faculty Management: Recruit manage and develop a team of qualified instructors and administrative staff fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Student Engagement: Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and engagement by implementing effective student support services fostering a positive learning environment and addressing student concerns.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the academys budget ensuring financial sustainability and costeffective use of resources.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of educational quality and compliance with accreditation requirements including regular program reviews and audits.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Build and maintain relationships with industry partners educational institutions and other stakeholders to enhance the academys offerings and reputation.
  • Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of technology into the learning environment including online platforms elearning tools and other educational technologies.
  • Marketing and Recruitment: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for student recruitment brand building and community outreach.
  • Innovation: Stay informed of trends in education and training incorporating innovative practices and methodologies into the academy s programs.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes.
  • Compliance: Ensure the academy complies with all relevant legal safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Education Business Administration or a related field. A Master s degree in Education Management or similar is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months years of experience in educational management with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Indepth knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
    • Proficiency in budget management and financial oversight.
    • Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficient in educational technology and elearning platforms.
    • Creative problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Personal Attributes:
