Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supervision scheduling and leadership development of the Youth Center staff and volunteers
Oversee daytoday operations of the Youth Center as a space designed to attract and retain youth
Develops maintains and nurtures relationships with youth and their families the broader Y staff and community partners
Collaborate with communitybased organizations and school initiatives to enhance youth center programming
Requirements
Degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience
Supervisory experience is preferred
Knowledge and experience working with youth
Experience working with diverse lowincome or atrisk youth
Experience working with regional/local communitybased organizations and resources
