We are developing the next wave of the very best lead generators and appointment setters and are looking to start a new training class for September 2024! We give you the tools the training the locations and you bring the energy and motivation! This is a doortodoor canvassing position where our Reps are paid a base salary as well as commission for performance. You would be setting appointments with homeowners in need of exterior remodeling services. You DONT have to make the sale just set the appointments for our Sales Consultant to provide an estimate and get paid!


As a Home Remodeling Field Marketer youll receive training support and education in all of our services. You will develop valuable sales and field marketing tactics. Youll be pushed both personally and professionally to perform at your peak while also honing your communication skills negotiation strategies and emotional intelligence. Home Remodeling Field Marketer Responsibilities:

  • Conduct doortodoor canvassing to engage with homeowners and promote our exterior home remodeling services.

  • Identify homes that qualify for our services and schedule complimentary obligationfree informational sessions to explore enhancing their property investment.

  • Participate in home remodeling events and fairs to cultivate relationships with both prospective and current customers.

  • Acquire lead generation expertise applicable to diverse career paths.

  • Engage in weekly company team and skill development meetings to stay aligned with organizational objectives and enhance personal growth.

  • Execute tasks with efficiency integrity and a robust work ethic.

  • Transform instances of rejection into invaluable learning experiences refining skills and mastering the craft of doortodoor marketing for home remodeling.



Requirements

  • Valid drivers license.

  • Intrinsic selfmotivation with a desire for excellence and success.

  • Ability to speak fluently in multiple languages Spanish preferably.

  • Relentless at perfecting your craft always willing to learn and develop new skills.

  • Highly developed social skills enjoys interpersonal communication and speaks clearly and with poise.

  • Capacity to persevere through rejection and derive valuable lessons from it.

  • Desire to grow and become a better leader and person.

  • Selfmotivated resultsdriven and goaloriented.

  • Previous sales or canvassing experience is a plus but not required.

  • Average first year total compensation range: $65000 $90000

Schedule and Location:

  • Your services will be needed 40 hours per week including weekend work as needed. The position will be primarily field based with occasional visits to the Bergenfield NJ HQ.



Primary Job Responsibilities Perform innovative and consultative in-home presentations from company provided leads as well as self-generated appointments Develop relationships with qualified prospective and existing customers. Attend weekly company, team, and development meetings Job Requirements Valid Driver s License and reliable transportation required Passionate, Self-motivated, and goal oriented Relentless at perfecting your craft. You want to be a student and continue to learn. Thrive in a team environment but also work well independently Confident and articulate with public speaking Desire to grow and become a better person and leader Mastering different outbound marketing techniques such as, canvassing, attending event shows and fairs,social networking, and company outings and events. BA/BS is a plus but not required
