Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Provide estimates daily for customers using company software and pricing.
- Plan schedule and coordinate painting projects from approval to completion .
- Make change orders as needed.
- Ensure accuracy in estimates and job costing and participate in weekly team meetings.
- Communicate the scheduling preferences and needs of the customer to the project manager using project notes and direct communication.
- Sell addons.
- Follow up on all estimates weekly.
- Help develop a network and generate leads. This will include knocking door to door connecting with realtors property managers and other helpful networking contacts etc.
- Ability to qualify a customer and provide estimates according to the customers needs.
- Ability to learn and work independently in a fastpaced environment.
- Selfmotivated.
- Superb time management prioritization and organizational skills.
- Detailoriented dependable and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in the use of a personal computer/cell phone and software programs.
- Experience is not necessary however 2 years of sales or estimating experience is preferred.

Location Manager Salary:
- $4k Training NonRecoverable Draw for first two months
- 7% Commission on all sold/managed revenue on the first 75k in a month above 40%
Gross Margin (by approval only before the job is sold for lower than 40%). - 8% Commission on all sold/managed revenue after 75k in a month above 40% Gross
Margin (by approval only before the job is sold for lower than 40%). - Paid monthly in arrears for jobs that started in the previous month that have paid in full.
Paid twice per month: the first paycheck is commission for jobs started on the 115th of the previous month that have paid the second paycheck is for jobs started on the 1631st of the previous month that have paid. - $1000 Bonus to the rep with the highest revenue paid on the second paycheck monthly in arrears on the second paycheck of the month.
- $1000 Bonus/Month to the rep with the highest Gross Profit paid quarterly in arrears on the second paycheck of the month.
- Additional Spiffs and bonuses.
Qualifications: Ability to qualify a customer and provide estimates according to the customer's needs. Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated. Superb time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
