Collaborate with support staff and/or other departments to resolve common issues and meet needs in key performance areas, e.g. process area readiness, 5S, health and safety training;
Assistance in fulfilling customer orders through direct and regular performance of operational tasks in the department;
Providing coaching and feedback to line operators on work performance, quality and safety;
Deepening substantive knowledge of all departmental operational processes.
