DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email on all topics related to the online marketplace by maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards the customers.
- Follow communication procedures and policies.
- Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Dutch (C1) and have good knowledge of English.
- Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.

- Eagle eyed with great attention to detail.
- Empathy about people you will be working with securing the online safety our customers and their users.
- Ideally interested in marketplaces shared economy and new technology.
- Previous experience in content moderation customer care and/or online business is a plus.

Shift Patterns
- Rotational shifts are from 7.00 am to 3.30 pm or 3.30 pm to midnight however these times could also vary if cover is required during other periods between 7 am and midnight eg 11 am to 7.30 pm with two days off during the week.
- During the training period in the office the candidates will work Monday to Friday the morning shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
- We offer a hybrid working environment in Malta. This role can be done fully remotely between your home in Malta or the work office in Qormi Malta.

- Start date: 23rd Sep
- Flight cost reimbursement of up to 200 after the employee has passed their 6 month probationary period the flight receipt will need to be provided at the start of their employment.
