Role: Presales Specialist Salesforce


Experience: 10 years


Locations: Chennai Mumbai Pune (Hybrid 3 days office)


Roles & Responsibilities:


We are looking for an experienced and driven PreSales Specialist with a focus on Salesforce Addons to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in leading presales activities including delivering product demonstrations presenting solutions and engaging in technical discussions to bolster our Salesforce Addon sales efforts.


  • Experience: 10 years in presales or sales engineering with a specialization in Salesforce products and solutions.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Indepth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Lightning Experience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation and communication abilities capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for nontechnical audiences.
  • Client Engagement: Proven ability to establish rapport with clients addressing their needs and concerns throughout the presales process.
  • Technical Proficiency: Preferable experience in Salesforce configurations and customizations.
  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field; Salesforce certifications are an advantage.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our partners and clients.
  • Leadership & Insight: Leverage previous experience to offer valuable insights guidance and leadership in partnership management and sales strategies.
  • Strategic Thinking: Extensive experience in solutioning and developing gotomarket strategies to drive business success.
