In 2023 more than 500000 missions completed a record!

With a fundraising of 6M and a series A in 2021 present in France Italy and Germany we are targeting new countries for our international growth over the coming years.

To support our next phase of development we are looking for General Manager in Germany.

Team Leadership & Management

• Define the medium and longterm strategy and roadmap for the countrys development in line with Otoqis ambitions you are fully responsible for the P&L performance of Otoqis business in Germany.
• Develop monitor and revise the business plan for Germany ensuring it aligns with our international objectives and Otoqis overarching vision.
• Provide mentorship guidance and support to team members to enable their professional growth and development.
• Pursue revenue and margin goals while considering the broader company direction.
• Foster and drive the companys strategy both within Germany and on a global scale.
• Assess and mitigate financial and operational risks in collaboration with our CFO.
• Occasional travels within Germany to meet clients and prospects and to Italy & France to meet with the international teams and management.
• Champion Otoqis mission and values inspiring passion and commitment among team members.
• Build Otoqi brand awareness and desirability among Germany and be Otoqis senior figure on this key market.
• Ensure compliance of the company and the implementation of preventive actions necessary to comply with the law regulations in force and internal rules.

Business Development and customer care:

• Lead support and develop the sales and development teams.
• Explore new business opportunities and revenue streams to enhance Otoqis market presence and profitability.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders ( ie logistics fleet management mobility sector...)
• Cooperate with product team to roll out new key features and provide feedback on development priorities
• Ensure the loyalty and the satisfaction of the customers portfolio.

P&L Management:

• P&L budget and cash management responsibility for Otoqi Germany
• Annual budgets and objectives set in coordination with CEO CFO and COO

Required:

• Proven track record of success in a leadership role with at least 5 years of experience in B2B context with mid to large accounts.
• Strong strategic thinking analytical skills and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong flexibility and adaptability to a fastpaced environment.
• Great team leadership and organizational skills.
• Mandatory spoken/written Germany & English
• Ability to challenge the way things are done drive and implement change.

Appreciated:

• Background in a large tech scaleup and/or automotive industry
• Previous P&L Management experience
