Location: Northern New Jersey Office

Position Overview:
Our Client is seeking a talented and motivated Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sophisticated commercial litigation to join their New Jersey office. As a member of the litigation team you will have the opportunity to work on complex and highstakes cases across a variety of industries. You will be involved in all phases of litigation from pretrial motions and discovery to trials and appeals.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of general experience in sophisticated commercial litigation.
- Licensure: Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required.
- Academic Background: Strong academic credentials from a respected law school.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
