About the Job
Were looking for an experienced GotoMarket Specialist (m/f/d) to join an innovative Tech Startup thats harnessing cuttingedge AI technology to transform regulatory workflows in the life sciences industry.
In your daytoday work youll focus on developing the companys GTM strategy through closely working with the founders and pilot customers to build and strengthen their client base scale their market activities and identify new opportunities for growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced startup environment is passionate about harnessing the power of technologies and has a strong track record of successful product and sales launches.
In this role youll:
- Partner with the companys Founders and work with the their pilot customers to identify and codevelop use cases with the aim to turn pilot customers into longterm users
- Ensure customer onboardings and projects are going well taking care that users are engaged and that key data points are used for upselling and that business case data is used for continuous product improvement
- Monitor KPIs related to GTM activities including customer acquisition revenue growth and market penetration
- Prepare new sales launches by ideating and creating a variety of online and offline sales and marketing materials (from website content to expo booths) that effectively communicate the the value of their product solutions
- Support the CEO in founderled sales activties (RevOps)
- Set the foundation for a repeatable and scalable sales machine including tooling KPI system pitch book etc.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in gotomarket roles in a startup or tech environment with a focus on business development and/or sales in a complex enterprise environment
- Incredibly high energy willing to go the extra mile and push the company forward
- Highly ambitious with a desire to grow personally and professionally
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- You understand challenges quickly but are also not shy to ask questions
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the context of B2B Software
- Experience working with founders or in an early stage environment is highly advantageous
- Business level German and English skills are required
Please note that we are looking for support for the companys Berlinoffice. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
