Job Description
Qualification:
- With Minimum 2 years working knowledge and proficiency on core SAP modules/ transactions including Receivable Management Cash Application.
- Understanding of endtoend deduction process
- With experience in SAP
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (word excel PowerPoint Visio access project and etc.)
- With Order to Cash Process Knowledge Understanding of Related Transactions Policies and Guidelines and Performance Measurements.
Responsibilities:
Cash Application
- Research and validate the support documentation for deduction dispute cases on customer payments or through customer portals and generic emails
- Sending predeductions to HRAD.
- Other Duties as assign.
- Cash Application: Process Offset request received on generic email
