Position Overview:
We are seeking a Genesys Support Engineer with expertise in Genesys PureConnect and Genesys Cloud solutions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in technical support for these platforms and will play a key role in the continuous improvement of our customer interaction management infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities:
Level 2/3 Technical Support: Provide highlevel support on Genesys PureConnect and Genesys Cloud platforms resolving complex technical issues and ensuring continuity of service for endusers.
Incident Management: Analyze diagnose and resolve technical incidents in collaboration with internal and external teams. Ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders during incident resolution.
Continuous Improvement: Propose solutions for improving and optimizing existing systems to ensure optimal performance of the Genesys platforms.
Documentation: Create and maintain uptodate technical documentation regarding support procedures recurring incidents and implemented solutions.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with development architecture and operations teams to ensure that Genesys solutions are deployed and maintained according to best practices.
Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor other team members on technical aspects of Genesys PureConnect and Genesys Cloud.
Required Skills:
Proven Experience with Genesys PureConnect and Genesys Cloud: Minimum of 3 years of experience with these technologies with indepth knowledge of key modules and integrations.
Strong Diagnostic and ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to quickly analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
Cloud Environment Expertise: Experience in deploying and supporting Genesys solutions in cloud environments.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate with other teams while being autonomous in assigned technical tasks.
