Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven individual for the role of Recruiter & Business Development Executive. This dualrole position requires a proactive approach to recruitment and business development. You will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Success in this role will involve meeting and exceeding performance targets related to recruitment and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
Job Posting & Sourcing: Create and manage job postings on various platforms (job boards social media company website). Utilize sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates through networking social media and other channels.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct resume screening phone interviews and inperson interviews. Assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit with the company.
Offer Management: Extend job offers negotiate terms and facilitate the onboarding process. Ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates industry professionals and recruitment agencies to foster a pipeline of talent.
Business Development:

Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends client needs and competitor activities. Develop strategies to tap into new markets and sectors.
Client Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners. Understand their needs and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients. Highlight the company s value proposition and competitive advantages.
Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate terms and finalize contracts with clients. Ensure that agreements align with company goals and profitability targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives. Provide feedback on market trends and client preferences.
Performance Monitoring:

Target Achievement: Set and achieve individual and team targets related to recruitment and business development. Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics business development activities and performance outcomes. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes and business development practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Human Resources Marketing or a related field. Additional certifications in recruitment or business development are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 23 years of experience in recruitment business development or a related role. Proven track record of successful recruitment and business development initiatives.
Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment processes business development strategies and market analysis. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Attributes: High level of motivation goaloriented mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Demonstrated problemsolving skills and adaptability in a fastpaced environment.

Benefits

Base Salary: 20000 per month.
PerformanceBased Incentives: Earn ranging from 25% to 50% of revenue based on achieving team targets and individual performance.
