We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist to join our educational team for the current and next school year.
As a School Psychologist you will play a pivotal role in supporting the academic social and emotional development of our students. Collaborating closely with educators parents and other professionals you will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments providing counseling services and contributing to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Duties:
Provide individual and group counseling to students facing various challenges.
Conduct assessments to evaluate students academic social and emotional needs.
Assist in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Stay updated on best practices and research in the field of school psychology to enhance service delivery.
Monitor students progress and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure their continued growth and development.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss students progress and develop comprehensive support plans.
Collaborate with teachers parents and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students academic success.
Requirements
Hold a valid school psychology license in the state of Washington.
Active teaching certification with school psych endorsement
Possess a Masters Degree in School or Educational Psychology.
